Calendar

A SIS pillar, this calendar is directly integrated into every module and website in the school. Subscribe to it per any category, team or both and get event alerts/updates via text message.

Admissions

From initial inquiry to signing an enrollment agreement, every step of the admissions process is managed here. Efficiently track the process and never miss a step with automated reminders and email communications.

Development

Donor and Campaign management has never been easier. Our QuickStats, Advanced Filters, Donor Profiles and Research Links set users up with the data they need to effectively and efficiently manage fundraising.

Front Office

All student records past and present plus current Family Fact Sheets, daily transportation information, student and faculty schedules/availability and so much more are just a few clicks away in our Front Office module.

Communications

Using a multitude of customized merge variables, it is easy to create and manage HTML email and eNewsletter communications, schedule and track blasts and open rates per email and/or recipient and easily edit, copy and re-send items.

Programs

Build, launch and collect online registration data for extracurricular programs. Users can register multiple attendees in multiple programs all in one registration “shopping cart” with automated email receipts and billing.

Resources

Our Resources module is an online resource library for all community SIS users where documents, forms, links and other media can be uploaded and shared with secure, permission based access to each and every item.

Classroom

A workspace for teachers where they can access their schedules and execute day-to-day tasks such as taking daily and classroom attendance, managing grade books, posting homework, creating student progress reports and more…

Registrar

The school year starts here in that setting up the school year, courses and classes as well as creating student, teacher and room schedules are all done right here. Then manage add-drops and next year’s course selections as the year goes on!

Business Office

Our Business Office module makes it easy to create and send re-enrollment contracts and access and track all on-going enrollment, financial awards and tuition income information along with all other real-time contract related data and statistics.

Parents

A one-stop-shop. This is the place for parents to keep their family information up-to-date, view student schedules, progress reports and copies of all in-house communications as well as register for programs and events offered by the school.

Students

Any students that are given login access to the SIS will find any and all relevant posted information in this module including homework, schedules, progress reports, in-house communications and course request information as needed per student.

Board Members

A secure and private space, this module gives Board Members access to upload and view reports, meeting minutes, agendas and more… so as to easily facilitate and prepare each member for meetings and special events.

SignUps

Our SignUps module allows schools to easily manage all types of volunteer opportunities, parent-teacher conferences and so much more. With email notifications and volunteer tracking, organizing signups has never been easier.

Health Office

Automated reminders of medical forms still outstanding, managing recurring and single incident treatments, integrated forms and uploads to student records, all combine in this module to create a zero-redundancy data system built into your school’s SIS.

Events

With this module users can easily create invitee lists and send invitations to any or all constituents. There are easy to use invitation options including soliciting donations, multiple fees, discounts, pay now or “at the door”, collecting additional attendee info and more.

Since we can't possibly do it all – though we'd certainly like to try – we are happy to integrate other popular systems!
