Using a multitude of customized merge variables, it is easy to create and manage HTML email and eNewsletter communications, track email blasts and open rates per email and/or recipient and easily edit, copy and re-send items as well as identifying and easily correcting improperly formatted data causing send errors.
The Communications module is also the work space for creating templates for all the other modules in the system such as merge documents for donation acknowledgment letters, enrollment contracts, name tags, mailing labels and plain text and HTML emails with customized header, footer and signature management.
Also included in the Communications module is admin access to the school’s website for content creators, bloggers and editors as well as access to website form submissions data.
